I'm not broken anymore.

I was asked recently why I don't blog anymore. Hmm, why don't I blog anymore? I only had to think about it for a second.

Because I'm not that person anymore.

I started this blog when I was in a very different place in my life. A terrifying place. I was pregnant. And single. And broke. And holy crap how am I supposed to raise a child?!?! I was broken.

But I'm not anymore.

I'm at such a fantastic place in my life right now. My life is so great that I'm too busy out there enjoying it instead of sitting in here on a computer. I moved here to start over. And start over I did. I got involved in church when I got here and I finally feel like I found a church I belong to. Things have really started changing for me since I got back into church and really studying my Bible. Thank you Jesus!

I've finally gotten to a place where I'm good with me. I spent a lot of years not liking myself. When you don't even like yourself how can you expect anyone else to? I'm in a good place spiritually, I'm losing weight (18lbs- holla!), I've got a fantastic boyfriend (who is in Afghanistan-boo), Avery is THREE (holycraphowdidthathappen), and I live in paradise.

Life? It is good my friends.

I don't know how often I will update or if I will update at all anymore. This blog is my past. I don't want to go back there. Maybe someday I will start a new, fun, life rocks blog. You will be the first to know it. Until then I'm still around on Facebook and most recently, Instagram. And hello?!?! Pinterest!

Thank you for following me on this journey. It truly means the world to me.

I am honored to have gotten to re-meet you through this blog and see how you faced challenges and overcame so much. We've both grown up so much. You really did influence my writing in my blog, which has been so cathartic to me. Thank you, and I wish you many more years of bliss :)
